Google have drastically cut prices for its signature smartphone with LG Nexus 4 from $350 to $250, which reduced a sum of  $100 to clear the sale of Nexus 4 within no time. Google want to sell all its Nexus 4 mobiles without any delay. Google’s Nexus 4 is not going to came back and even do not want to release Nexus 4 again at any cost. There are two reasons why Google chopped down the prices of Nexus 4 with its signature smartphone LG to $100 because, Google is going to release its new Nexus 5 with in a short period of time, so that if it could not clear the sale of Nexus 4 after the release of Nexus 5 then the stock would be remained ideal. So, Google have chopped its price with Nexus 4. The other reason is that Google is banning the device to pave way with LG for its next joint venture.

Nexus 5 Features Compared to Nexus 4

Nexus 4’s screen is just 4.7 inches, with 5.27 inches tall and 2.7 inches wide and works with Android’s operating system, Jelly Bean v4.2 and can be upgradeable to v4.3 Jelly Bean, the processor is Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 processor and 1.5 GHz processor and supports HTML 5 browser, the graphical processor is said to be Adreon 320. Where as, the Nexus 5, which is the successor of Nexus 4, will include Long Term Evolution (LTE) 4G which was Nexus 4 biggest deficiency will also be built by LG. The Nexus 5 is expected to be a five inch screen, 5.19 inches tall and 2.69 inches wide, and might be assembled with Nexus 4’s crummy camera along with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz. The Nexus 5’s operating system is most probably going to be the Android’s new operating system, Kit-Kat 4.4. The processor speed is said to be 2 GB RAM which is a bit high to that of Nexus 4.

Is Motorola’s MotoX is the Cause for Drop in Price of Nexus 4?

The Motorola’s MotoX is also another reason why Google is focusing on Nexus 5. Motorola is going to release its new smartphone MotoX which is going to be the competitor for all the smartphones including iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S. So, Google decided to launch its new mobile smartphone with LG, which is going to be Nexus 5. As there is a sudden drop in the price of Nexus 4, there is a belief that Nexus 5 is going to cover the price and hit the market sales that that of the Nexus 4. The mystery device Nexus 7 revealed that a logo of LG at the rear have decided the people that these two companies might release a new smartphone device all together. Google’s new reason might be that new releases from Samsung and HTC are surpassing Nexus capabilities.

So, all the mobiles manufactured from LG, Samsung, HTC, Nokia and iPhone are going to bother or confuse the customers, which mobile to choose because all the prices of these mobiles are going to be same all together.
