During a Booster Draft, if a player opens a booster pack with a ruler or a special bonus card with a collection number mismatching the collection number of that booster pack, they must here and now show that card to all other players and substitute it with a non-special magic stone card. That player keeps that ruler or special bonus card that was put away from the booster pack this way.
