Samsung has introduced two new colors to its selection of Galaxy Note 3. Smart phone are now not restricted to communicating with people, but they also serve as fashion accessories these days. The two colors, merlot red and rose gold will join the existing colors of classic white, jet black and blush pink of Samsung Note 3. With the white or black color smartphones, the rose gold accents are available. The news of these new colors, was going around last week, but this week Samsung has made it official. With the introduction of these colors, consumers now have six options to choose from.

The new rose gold hue adds a golden surround to the white and black model of the smartphone. Around the bezel and the headphone jack, you will find golden highlights, which add to the style quotient of the phone. The shade merlot red is not quite maroon; it is the darker version of red. Other than the accents of the two different colors, the phone is the same one as that of the original one. This time, the pen of the Note 3 sees a spot of glitz and color in this version. During the launch of these two colors, officials of Samsung have also stated that rose gold smartphones, matches aesthetically with the one of the variants of Galaxy Gear smart watch. The smart watch comes in colors of oatmeal beige, jet black, mocha grey and wild orange.

Younghee Lee the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division of Samsung Electronics has stated that they understand that the customer perceive their mobiles as an extension of their personality, style  and  they are committed in providing new ways to the customers of expressing themselves better. He added that by introducing new colors of Galaxy Note 3, they want to offer, with the help of technology, the fashionistas with ways to express their style.

Gold finish of smartphones seems to be in rage now. Smartphones of the major leading companies are now opting for the color. Apple has introduced iPhone 5S with a gold finish. HTC has introduced HTC one in gold to it collection. And the latest to join the league is Samsung Note 3with the rose gold white and black options. Samsung has the reputation of launching smartphones in a different color and also of launching the prevailing ones in new colors and shades. And they have done it again.

Samsung has launched the new colors of Note 3 only in few countries. They are not specific about the availability of these colors in the various markets across the globe. The Korean company has informed that these two colors will be introduced in China in the later part of this month. According to the officials of Samsung, the other regions these colors will be launched based on the preferences of customers in those regions. The consumers across the world, are waiting for the officials of Samsung, to announce the launch of these colors in their countries.
